Volkspeed provides a complete service to local motorists and we pride ourselves on providing a quality service at prices a fraction of those charged by main dealers. We are aware of the reputation our industry has (rather unfairly) acquired for presenting people with unexpected bills as a fait-accomplis. To avoid being tarred with this brush we are always at pains to obtain our customers authorisation before embarking on any course of action likely to increase our charge significantly beyond what was quoted.
